Services Office Policies New Patient Forms Physicians Staff Contact Us Home Office Policies Appointments Patients needing to schedule a routine, urgent, or sick appointment in our office can do so by simply dialing (828) 321-4510 and pressing Ext. 202 or Ext. 203. Sick and urgent appointments are scheduled based upon the patient's illness severity. Visits are normally scheduled within 2-24 hours, with a Doctor or Physicians Assistant, depending on the patient's needs. Payment Policy Andrews Internal Medicine participates with most major Insurance Companies. All co-payments are expected at the time of service and outstanding balances must be paid prior to office visits, unless payment arrangements have been made with the business office. Insurance cards must be brought to your scheduled appointment (or copy of enrollment form, if insurance is new). Please have this information ready prior to scheduling your appointment. If this information is not available it will result in a delay of obtaining an appointment, or you will be responsible for full payment at the time of the office visit.
